• Over 4 years experience and knowledge at a HR administration and advisor level 
• Conflict resolution - grivences, disciplinaries and compromise agreements 
• Ability to negotiate internally and externally to facilitate the development of both profitable business and sustainable relationships  
• Will consider short-term contracts as well as permanent employment

Salary £20,000

• A committed, focused and professional individual with many years experience within HR 
• Excellent administration and people skills 
• Flexible and willing to manage a number of different activities simultaneously 
• Will consider full-time and part-time role

Salary: £30,000 pa

• Highly motivated and professional HR administrator who thrives under pressure 
• Experienced in dealing with enquiries from new starters in numbers in excess of 140 new staff
• Detailed and current knowledge of employment legislation and best HR practice
• Reponsibility of payroll, tax year end, expenses and benefits

Salary Guide: £25,000 pa

• A practical and reliable HR Advisor
• Development of policies and procedures, recruitment selection and appraisal monitoring
• Issue and amend contracts of employment
• Arranging training
• Excellent administration skills and customer service

Salary £24,000 pa
