Our client is a world wide provider of specialised high value capital equipment
They are looking for a dynamic individual to work as a Customer Credit Manager - salary guide £20-25K
Manages all stages of:
-The customer care process to deliver high quality customer service to agents and end user customers
-Collections process to determine appropriate action and oversees settlement of overdue accounts
-Minimises losses through effective repossession of assets or loan restructuring where appropriate
-Manages all stages of collection process to negotiate payment of over dues, determine appropriate action, and oversees overdue accounts
-Determines whether litigated and default accounts are managed internally or assigned to outside counsel or agencies
-Prepares management reports
Skills & experience required:
Strong people management skills.
Pro-active customer focus.
Good negotiating track record.
Able to build good working relationships with dealers and customers.
High level understanding of collections, preferably within an asset finance / financial services environment.
Demonstrate ability to work within Company policies and procedures as well as knowledge of UK legislation for collection activity.
Ability to use various department specific computer programs as well as Microsoft Office applications competently.
