Illustration Production Specialist
An opportunity has arisen for an Illustration Production Specialist to join our prestigious Financial Services client. Working as part of the Sales Support division the purpose of the role will be to provide an illustration service to IFAs and the sales team. The role will also focus on building strong relationships with Sales Consultants and external IFAs over the telephone.
Main duties
• Act as a first level contact point for Advisers, handling
illustrations requests by telephone and e-mail, ensuring service
levels are adhered to
• Capture illustration requirements from both Advisers and sales
colleagues, interpreting requirements in order to produce accurate
compliant outputs, delivered within agreed timescale
• To keep knowledge up to date in the workings of the products
and new products offered
• Maintain good working relationships with external Advisers and
their staff and internal customers
• Adhere to the controls and procedures for the new business
illustration system
• Uphold the TCF guiding principles to ensure that FSAs six desired
outcomes
• Act as an external face through telephone contact with IFA’s, to
ensure that needs are fully met and a superb service is provided
• Work with colleagues across all functions to ensure a clear
understanding of distributors needs to ensure that promises are
met
Requirements: (Essential and Desirable)
• Previous Financial Services experience and sound understanding of
working in a sales office environment
• Life & pensions experience (D)
