This is an opportunity to work for a successful manufacturing company based in Stonehouse. Working as part of a team, you will be offering first class customer service to clients, resolving queries and taking orders.
Key duties include:
" Answering incoming calls, offering product advice
and delivery information
" Taking telephone orders
" Processing orders using the in-house system,
updating product prices and information as
necessary, ensuring information is accurate at all
times
" Making outgoing calls to customers with regards to
orders, product queries, returns and complaints
" Arranging deliveries, chasing up deliveries and
product collections, liaising with the warehouse
" Making and filing copies of correspondence
" Following up orders, chasing deliveries via letter
and telephone
" Running daily reports for the sales team
Skills required:
" Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and
able to be trained on internal systems
" Clear, efficient and empathetic telephone manner
" Ability to calculate percentages and rates
" Good people skills
" Works accurately under pressure
Salary: £15,000 - £16,500
