Medical Account Manager - Salary up to £55,000
Plus OTE £7,500 per annum, Company Car and Fantastic Benefit Package

An opening for a Medical Account Manager has become available within a Global organisation. You will be responsible for delivering sales and profitability target across defined health economies and to deliver profitable growth through preferred partnership status with key customers/stakeholders whilst driving and managing regional/national procurement, strategic customer groups and projects as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities
oSales & market share growth of product/service portfolio across health economy accounts
oDevelop & implement annual business plan (with support from Business Manager)
oPrepare & implement individual account plans
oImplement strategies/sales campaigns & achieve against set KPIs/targets
oIdentify business development opportunities (& propose actions to Business Manager)
oReview/analyse sales results/KPIs & market intelligence
oPropose & analyse customer investment plans & respective return on investment
oOwn the health economy prescription & influence map

Manage Customers & Customer Accounts
oBuilding effective partnerships with all relevant local health economy stakeholders
oEngaging stakeholders to ensure a full understanding of their needs/drivers
oWorking with key stakeholders to ensure effective positioning of products/services
oIdentify new customer groups representing future business opportunities
oEngage cross functionally to drive business growth/ROI in all customer accounts
oPrioritisation of business opportunities and appropriate resource utilisation
oSet business objectives for all key stakeholders & customer accounts
oEnsure effective coverage & contact frequency with all key stakeholders
oAccurate mapping of accounts (decision makers, influencers, hierarchy of needs etc
oTender preparation including development of associated commercial proposition (supported by Business Manager & Contracts Dept)
oNegotiate with decision makers
oActively participate in multi functional project teams
oEffective risk analysis and management

You will have a proven history of strong sales performance ideally in a healthcare or pharmaceutical environment and have strong key account management skills.
