A vacancy has arisen for a Commercial Administrator within the Sales Support team for our Manufacturing client based in Cheltenham for a period of 12 months to cover Maternity Leave.
Reporting to the Commercial Team Leader, you will be providing sales support to customers and Sales Engineers, creating quotations, entering products and applications orders and dealing with telephone enquiries.
Key duties:
"Commercially pre-qualify, creating price and delivery quotations
"Accurately process customer orders
"Pro-actively use the CCIL system to resolve issues and implement actions
"Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues by phone and in writing
"Facilitate the selling process from enquiry to supply and invoice
"To visit customers as appropriate to develop site awareness
Skills
Have the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Be pro-active approach in tasks undertaken
Customer service driven
Have good interpersonal skills and effective telephone skills
Be computer literate
Salary £16,600
This role is working in a busy and demanding sales environment; successful candidates should possess good communication skills and have good organisational and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships.
