Our client is currently looking for a Part Time Financial Administrator in their Cheltenham Office. This role is to cover a member of team who is currently on Maternity Leave.
Perform the daily/weekly/monthly/yearly reconciliation process in order to maintain financial control across the client teams, avoiding rework
Key Accountabilities:
Complete tasks within agreed targets, enabling team to achieve its objectives.
Ensure all work is undertaken according to documented procedures and regulatory requirements.
Ensure finance & reconciliation controls are adhered to. In order to provide a high quality, customer focused service.
Interpret the needs of internal/external clients, to set and meet expectations and resolve issues as they arise.
Provide weekly/monthly management information.
Challenge existing systems, processes and controls to improve efficiency, quality and service.
Previous accounting experience and sound understanding of MS Excel are essential.
