Our client is looking to expand their team of Telephone Mortgage Consultants to promote and sell mortgages and associated products in a lively, dynamic contact centre environment.
Daily role includes:
Conducting Mortgage interviews without giving advice
Offer all associated Insurance products providing advice where appropriate
Co-ordinating and carrying out administration tasks connected with the role
Supply outstanding customer service and portraying an excellent image to customers
This is a non-advice role so no formal qualifications are required, full and on-going training and coaching is provided to ensure you reach your potential in the role.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong customer service skills
Excellent listening skills
Ability to identify customers’ needs
Experience of working to targets
The standard working week is 35 hours operating 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday 8am -8pm and Saturdays 9-2 on a rota basis
Salary up to £17,478 + commission
The company offers OTE £22,000, excellent benefits and career progression!
