Contract Auditor– GLOUCESTER
12 month contract – Part time – 14 hours
£15,000 to £18500
Our client a well-known local company is looking for a Contract Auditor to join their busy team.
As a Contract Auditor you will manage your own work load of duties.
You will be required to:
• Provide a professional contact point for all new business
• Provide telephone guidance on Point of Sale systems
• Check and process documentation
• Work within time frames
• Handle incoming calls and queries
• Running and acting upon weekly and monthly reports
Ideal candidates will have worked in a similar role. For this role we are looking for people with:
• Qualification in a relevant Business/Financial Services discipline preferred
• Proven experience from 1 to 3 years preferred
• Strong aptitude for maths; able to structure rental profiles, calculate subsidies, check figures in finance contracts
• Solid analytical skills
• Focussed on providing an excellent service through Customer Service
• Excellent organisational abilities
• Attention to detail
• A good standard of written and spoken English; good listening skills
• Good interpersonal skills and show strong ability to work within a team
• Complete discretion in dealing with sensitive or confidential material
• Accustomed to working to tight deadlines and an ability to prioritise work tasks when under pressure
