IAccount Manager - Channel Sales

Our client is requires a highly motivated, self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join their existing sales team. Target driven you will possess strong sales skills including: closing skills, proactively generating sales opportunities, following up leads, relationship management and forecasting.

The main focus of this role is to support new business development. You will be working closely with the sales manager, the field sales team and marketing team to ensure business partners are supported at all times and have the tools and information they need to sell all products and services.

Main duties:

To achieve or exceed agreed revenue targets
To proactively target and manage a portfolio of business partners
To reactivate dormant accounts and grow existing customer revenues
To implement sales strategy and tactical plans working with the Sales Manager
Report revenue forecasts and completed sales
Ensure consistent customer experience on all outgoing and incoming calls
To follow up on e-marketing programs on time and in line with SLAs
Ensure customer experience is maximised
Develop ongoing business relationships
To attend and undertake program training and continually improve sales and technical skill sets
To identify and then implement improvement actions based on activity and win/ loss reports
Ensure data quality within CRM System
Communicate with company management on issues concerning the successful delivery of programmes

Required skills and behaviours:

Excellent communication skills to business level
Strong telephone skills ( listening/questioning/probing and objection handling)
Take ownership for furthering client knowledge
Have detailed knowledge of relevant client propositions, features, advantages and benefits
Act consistently in a professional manner and as a role model to all staff
Show a commitment to personal development and career progression
Passionate team player
Performance orientated and motivated to succeed
Telemarketing or telesales experience
