IT Technical Support Analyst

Our client is part of a multinational IT solutions business providing niche network IT solutions across the private and public sector.

Their core are of expertise surrounds password & access management, server & network monitoring as well as disk quota management.

As part of their ongoing expansion plans they are looking to recruit a new member for their Technical Support Team.

The ideal candidate will have sound networking skills and ideal some exposure to SQL, with the ability to support new and existing customers both remotely and on site.
