Business Development Executives wanted!!
Responsible for outbound calling to a regional database of high-energy users in the UK, building relationships over the telephone and securing new business appointments for a team of Business Development Managers.
Personal Profile
o Previous experience in an outbound calling telephone based role
o Good communication and interpersonal skills
o Able to listen and question effectively
o Good attention to detail with the ability to record information accurately and with care
o Demonstrable initiative and enthusiasm
o Ability to work under pressure to individual targets

o Quarterly performance related bonus.

o 20 days holiday, increasing by one day for each completed year of service to a maximum of 25.
