Skills & Experience:

• Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent typing skills
• General knowledge of Sage 50 and SAP
• Good knowledge of Sage 1000 and SAP concur
• Full U.K Driving License/ Personal transport
• Processing of AP invoices
• Process codes for invoices and credit notes
• Managing the department’s post and Accounts Emails
• Managing supplier accounts. Investigating and resolving any discrepancies
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Dealing with suppliers and company staff enquiries over the telephone and email
• Following and using Accounts systems, Sage 1000 and Sap concur
• Providing administrative support to the team
• Prioritising workload accordingly whilst maintaining attention to detail
