A passionate and enthusiastic candidate with extensive customer service experience around large and small customer service and administration teams in the UK, Australia and Asia Pacific. Has set up and implemented call centres and systems. Responsible for helping to establish and run a team that handled the first contacts for a subscription membership database. Great motivatiional team skills and problem solving capabilities. Ability to work to key performance indicators which are challenging

· Planning and Analysis: ensure plans are built and the right resources are allocated to achieve those plans
· Strong communication and stakeholder relationship: able to convey, appraise and interpret information in all formats, and interact on a professional level
· Process Improvement: Ability to identify gaps in procedures and find creative solutions where required.
