Skills & Experience:

Purchases of materials and services for active building sites, raising purchase orders and administration duties surrounding orders.
Point of contact between site and head office ensuring an effective running of site and any queries dealt with directly.
Assisting the design team with FF&E specifications and over seeing schedules from mood board stage to purchasing. Attending all meetings regarding projects, producing minutes and action points for all relevant parties.
General office tasks including diary management for the Directors.
