A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD with over 18 year’s broad HR experience demonstrating commercial awareness, a collaborative communication style, strong analytical skills, and an ability to think and deliver both operationally and strategically from entry level to boardroom.

Summary and skills:

– A commercial and well-rounded senior HR professional with experience gained in PLC, LLP, third sector and civil service businesses. Adept at operating both operationally and strategically.
– Accomplished in developing, building and managing the HR function and practiced across the full HR spectrum particularly ER casework, policy development, reward and engagement, people management, resourcing and talent pipeline, talent management, HR service delivery and TUPE.
– Consultative and results orientated in approach with a proven track record in identifying, devising and implementing practical and coherent HR operating strategy and process in line with business goals.
– Pragmatic and risk-managed in style, delivers excellent HR service to all levels of the business, challenging and delivering change for betterment.
– Trusted partner and advisor to all levels of the organisation
– Enterprise Advisor via CIPD to Local Education Authority – voluntary post with a local high school.
