A dedicated and highly motivated sales professional with excellent interpersonal qualities has a successful track record of bringing in business and closing sales. This technically minded candidate ensures continued contact and communication with customers and can help with issue solving and problem resolution (as well as technical advice and queries) keeping to relevant SLA’s and KPI’s
Able to facilitate the Requests for Change (RFC) process from creating the initial document containing the customers’ requirements, to performing the release management process – this involves working closely with relevant project teams notably Project Managers/Business Analysts.
Responsible for managing internal projects and meeting timescales.
Perform presentations at Company Meetings to showcase recent projects completed and produces internal monthly reports from collated statistical data.
