A highly motivated and determined individual, with a vast experience of working in a demanding team. Skills and responsibilities include:
• Provide support to 3000+ users
• Support all aspects of hardware, software and other peripheral IT equipment
• Manage external sites with all aspects of IT requirements including networking, PC, AV, printers and applications.
• Manage, maintain, improve and stabilize the networks used in the offices for both PBX Telephony systems as well as WLAN and LAN networks within the organisation.
• Escalate all calls to the relevant parties and ensure that all users are informed of the current situation in the event of a system failure.
