Skills & Experience:

A motivated and dedicated team leader, who has managed staff and been responsible for call centres and customer service areas ranging from 3 to 50 staff.

• Prince2 Practitioner 2011, re-qualified in 2015.
• ITIL Foundation 2011
• Instrumental in the installation of a CRM
• Responsible for ongoing Service Improvement to the CRM function across all departments including, Sales, Sales Support, Provisioning, Project Management, Service Delivery, Purchasing and Finance.
• Assisted with the on boarding of a new CRM into the business, acting as the Subject Matter Expert and liaison between the software team and the rest of the business.
• Training all staff.
• Liaised with IT Partners and met with them on a regular basis to ensure companies requirements are met.
• Development of Improvement Plan(s)
