Key responsibilities
– raising of invoices/credits
– Inputting retail revenue data onto the database and accounting software program.
– Calculating Vat under the “used vat margin” scheme on all vehicle invoices.
– Checking accuracy of branch financial information and VAT on warranty invoices.
– Identifying issues and liaising with branches to correct any inaccuracies.
– Credit control
– Dealing with any customer/branch queries.
– Creating customer statements.
– Journal entries.
– Intercompany account reconciliations.
– Nominal ledger reconciliations.
– Meeting month end deadlines closure procedure.
– Bank Reconciliations (Cash book cover)
