• Highly motivated, positive, confident and well organised, with a proven track record of improving profitability and achieving targets
• Excellent communication skills; ability to quickly reach key decision makers and to build and maintain rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Strong in all areas of telephone selling – pre-call planning, structured cold calling, call control, pitching, engaging, influencing, negotiating, overcoming objections, closing, consultative selling, high volume call selling, appointing and customer service
• Experienced in presenting online webinar demonstrations, both remotely and face-to-face
• Ability to quickly grasp and clearly convey complex technology products and services
