Alice is a very friendly, upbeat and enthusiastic candidate with a welcoming character. She holds great administration and customer service experience both face to face and over the phone. Alice is a quick learner who can grasp new product information and relay this information on to customers and colleagues in a clear and confident manner.

Alice has been working as Technical Support Administrator at a large engineering company since December 2016.

During this role, Alice has been responsible for a variety of other duties as listed but not limited to the below:

• Managing the enquiries inbox
• Managing the Survey & Audit Departments queue
• Compiling, sending, printing and sorting through surveys
• Updating CRM system
• Dealing with queries, questions and orders
• Currently training on latest estimate of business levels

Previously, Alice was previously working as a Customer Service Advisor in which she thoroughly enjoyed. During this position, she built up a wealth of knowledge and carried out tasks including.

• Liaising with customers, installers, engineers, merchants and retailers
• Providing technical advice
• Updating/managing CRM system with accurate details
• Providing after sales care
• Carrying out side-by-side coaching with new starters
