As Property Claims Team Leader, has overall responsibility for the on-going management of the Property Claims Team, overseeing operational performance and project delivery for Property Claims. Able to apply a calm and controlled approach to managing challenging situations, while having the ability to thrive under pressure and deliver the required outcomes on time and to the highest standard.

As an experienced Team Leader, this candidate also has a proven track record of success managing a large customer service team within a fast paced, pressurised, performance driven environment. Is able to consistently deliver individual and departmental key performance indicators and use knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies to deliver results that meet the needs of both the customer and other key stakeholders.
