Basic salary to £25,000 + commission

Realistic OTE £35,000 to £40,000

Supporting many well-known businesses across the region, we are looking for someone who can successfully account manage these important relationships. Recruitment is a simple job on paper; candidates want the right job for the right reward; clients want the right candidate for the right price. In reality people are complex, so to succeed in this role you will need all the skills and find the right candidates for your clients and the right placements for your candidates.
