Competitive Salary – FTC 3 months          

Our long-standing client, a global family run business, is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join them on a 3-month fixed term contract.

The successful Accounts Payable Clerk will be joining a friendly and welcoming Accounts Payable team at the head office in Gloucester.

The appointed Accounts Payable Clerk will report to the Accounts Payments Supervisor and is responsible for dealing with queries, processing invoices and preparing documents.

 Language skills are desirable, as well as previous Accounts Payable experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Receive, prepare and sort documents
  • Stamp and log invoices
  • Data entry
  • Match invoices and send for approval
  • Assist with queries

Experience required:

  • Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving abilities
  • Experience in a finance role, preferably Accounts Payable
  • Language skills are desirable but not essential
