Accounts Payable Clerk – Italian – Gloucester
Salary: £19,000 – £21,000 plus 33 days holiday, pension, life assurance
A global manufacturing business looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk with Italian language skills.
The main focus of the role will be processing supplier’s invoices, ensuring that the team process all work received in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service.
You will ideally need to have at least one years’ experience in a finance role preferably in Accounts Payable and have a good knowledge of SAP and OCR. It is also essential to have knowledge and a good understanding of Italian both written and verbal.
- Invoice processing
- Debit balances, analysis and resolution
- Reconciling vendor statements and closing activities
- Processing credit notes
- All round Accounts Payable duties
- General ad hoc duties as and when required
Key experience required:
- Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable and compliance
- Ideally one years’ experience in a AP role
- Ability to understand Italian both written and verbal
- Good knowledge of SAP and OCR
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and deliver on commitments
This role is on a full-time permanent basis working 37 hours per week with 1 hour for lunch.
