Administration Assistant (Marketing)
A well-established, friendly client in Cheltenham are looking for a motivated team-player to assist with the daily tasks of the marketing department – such as dealing with customer brochure requests, managing the marketing stock, assisting the sales teams with marketing material including customer packs and samples, assisting with the meetings and events and general administration.
Interviews this week!
- Dispatch all marketing collateral including sales team requests, competition giveaway and requested literature
- Monthly reporting on marketing collateral stocks – brochures, corporate gifts, exhibition kit
- Creation of purchase orders through the purchase control software and logging within marketing budget
- CRM – ensuring all data is accurate and using information to feed in marketing efforts
- Pick, pack and despatch orders
- Field all department calls and enquiries
- Reception cover and general administration
- Computer literate – Intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills – Written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in order to meet required and at times tight deadlines.
