Our progressive and dynamic client, who provide expert advice to educational bodies, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful Customer Service Advisor will be working for a national group, providing an excellent service to those who require your assistance. The Customer Service Advisor will be joining a lively, friendly and supportive team, where the work is interesting and will give you the chance to enhance your skillset.



  • Develop the knowledge of overseas qualifications
  • Advise individuals regarding international qualification recognition and comparison
  • Maintain a professional and supportive enquiry service
  • Provide telephone advise, messaging and live chat
  • Conduct a varied range of administrative tasks


Skills/ Experience:

  • A level 3 qualification holder (A-level, level 3 NVQ or level 3 National Diploma)
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Confident and experienced dealing with customer calls and messages within a call centre or office environment
  • Professional and able to remain calm under pressure
