Customer Service Advisor
£20 – £21K
A leading equipment provider is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a permanent basis.
This is a new opportunity to join a an established and continually growing business.

- Take incoming customer calls
- Generate pricing and quotations
- Invoice queries
- Process orders adhering to SLA’s
- Customer credits
- Liaise with colleagues and other departments where necessary
- Liaise with customers and couriers regarding failed deliveries
- Portal maintenance/ Customer web help/Call back requests
- Assist with web portal set up
- Updating customers regarding back order items
- General email queries/delivery updates.
- Update systems to ensure data is kept up to date
- Ad hoc duties
- Competent in IT, Maths and English
- Understanding of Microsoft Office
- A good multitasker
- Able to work well under pressure
- A Problem solver
- Able to identify improvements, implementing them where necessary
- Good attention to detail/accuracy
