Competitive Salary – 9 month FTC

Our client, a leading global manufacturer is looking for an Expenses Administrator to join the team initially on a 9 month FTC to assist with processing employee expenses.

You will be responsible for ensuring all actions are compliant whilst giving great customer service to internal and external customers.


  • Provide business support for expenses
  • Process payments accurately and on time
  • Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and card vendor accounts
  • Assist with producing monthly KPI figures
  • Answer queries related to expenses
  • Work closely with the Payroll & Expenses Manager, HR and other Finance staff

Skills/ Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Finance role, ideally expenses/payroll
  • Able to act professionally and confident
  • Ability to work on own initiative and be pro-active
  • Can work to strict deadlines
  • Working knowledge of payment systems
