Field Sales Representative
Northern/Eastern Area – Essex/Suffolk/Hertfordshire
£30-£35K + Car + bonus + benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Sales Representative to join a leading global textile manufacturing company. You will be managing new and existing business as well as working closely with the internal sales support team.
- Ensure retention and growth of existing customer base
- Introduce new customers into the business against a yearly plan
- Build strong personal relationships with customer base
- Promote the company brand value and position to customers
- Work to achieve the sales targets for the region
- Bring on new business sales for the region
- Implement monthly promotional activities
- Provide market feedback to business
- Merchandise and upsell products into retail accounts
- Work with retail customers to develop their business
- Support the business at trade exhibitions relating to target markets
- Build customer relationships quickly
- Sell the value of a product and develop customer brand loyalty
- Analytical approach to sales management with high customer numbers
- Knowledge of strategic markets is beneficial
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience
- Experience of territory management is highly beneficial
- Good IT Skill (especially CRM and MS Excel)
- 29 days holiday (including bank and public holidays). This is increased by an additional day after 2 years and a further day after 5.

Usual working hours are 08:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday although travelling will be reflected in these hours when necessary.
