IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT - Administration Assistant



Nr Cheltenham

£10 per hour + holiday pay

An immediate requirement for a Financial Administration Assistant has come up working for a key client located near Cheltenham.  This is a 6-month fixed term contract.

The ideal candidate needs to be highly organised with great customer service skills as you will be liaising with 3rd parties and internal departments as well as experience of the following financial duties.


  • Invoice checking
  • Placing Orders
  • Contra Charging Contractors
  • Chasing contractors
  • Following up on projects and jobs


  • Good communicator and team player
  • Organised and good task management
  • IT literate – Microsoft Office and CRM system
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good customer service skills
  • Accurate with great attention to detail

This is a 6-month fixed term contract with an immediate start date.
