Our client helps sustain venues across Cheltenham, supporting the local economy, and improving the local community. They deliver a wide variety of services and activities and have an exciting opportunity for a Venue Coordinator to join them.

The Venue Coordinator will support the Venue Manager (Wedding and Banqueting) in day-to-day duties and responsibilities. As a Venue Coordinator, you will manage your own smaller events from start to finish, including menu choices, table planning, décor, and tableware.

  • Support the Venue Manager, and manage your own smaller events from start to finish
  • Liaise with internal and external suppliers
  • Maintain communication and resolve client queries in an efficient manner
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assist with ensuring the clients vision and requirements are effectively executed
