HR Business Partner

They are seeking a HR Business Partner on a 6-month FTC to provide HR support to the wider business. The successful HR Business Partner will need proven experience in a HR position.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support, ensuring adherence to legislative frameworks while promoting best practices
  • Collaborate with leaders to enhance leadership practices, including transparent pay and performance discussions, and engagement initiatives
  • Work closely with managers and recruiters to develop effective recruiting and sourcing strategies, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for key positions
  • Identify critical roles and develop succession strategies, nurturing high-potential associates through career development and training initiatives
  • Assist in the implementation of HR processes, systems, and policy changes, guiding managers and associates
  • Provide advice and support on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, performance management, grievances, and absence management
  • Lead specific HR projects aligned with the People Strategy, such as Management Upskilling and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives
  • Prepare and analyse HR metrics and data to inform business decisions and provide insights for continuous improvement

 

Skills/ Experience:

  • Experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law
  • CIPD level 3 or preferably level 5 (or working towards) would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Good time management skills
  • Up to date knowledge of employment law
  • A keen eye for detail
