Sales Manager 

Up to £50,000 + Commission + Car Allowance

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join a key manufacturing client in Gloucester.

As the Sales Manager, you will be a go-getter and hungry to increase sales revenue through direct sales with both new and existing customers.  If you are ambitious and thrive in a fast-paced role, this could be the ideal job for you.

Responsibilities: 

  • Create opportunities on the company CRM system for new and existing customers
  • Establish and manage meetings with potential distributors
  • Introduce the benefits of the product range in terms of standard and bespoke solutions, design, materials and pre-qualify potential future sales opportunities
  • Convert qualified customer enquiries to a sales opportunity on the company CRM system
  • Identify issues preventing conversion to purchase order commitments
  • Ensure pipeline is continually added to with quality, realistic, and convertible leads

 

Skills / Experience: 

  • Experience working in a manufacturing sales role
  • Proven track record of sales success
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers and colleagues at all levels
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales productivity tools
