We have a new opportunity for an Internal Sales Account Manager to join an innovative company based in Gloucester. This role is office-based, and there is on site parking available.
Our client operates in the manufacturing and distribution industry, and are a leading UK, multifaceted service provider.
As an Internal Sales Account Manager you will be in charge of growing and maintaining your own portfolio of key clients.

Tasks include:
- Establish and maintain client relationships
- Take proactive measures in handling customer queries and issues promptly
- Foster comprehensive knowledge of the company’s product
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and timely deliveries
- Oversee and regulate inventory levels to align with customer requirements
- Compile routine sales reports and forecasts for managerial review
- Evaluate sales data to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and streamlining
Skills/ Experience:
- Experience in sales or account management, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
