£30,000 – £45,000 + uncapped commission
Southwest – Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, Cheltenham
Our dynamic telecoms client is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager. If you are passionate about driving growth, forging strategic partnerships, and showcasing their innovative solutions this could be the job for you!
As the Business Development Manager you will identify untapped opportunities and raise the company’s presence in the marketplace. You will be part of an employee-centric company as they embark on their exciting growth plans.
You will be responsible for covering territory near their base; although primarily in the Southwest around Bristol, Bath, Gloucester, and Cheltenham. Laptop and mobile will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Work to agreed targets and KPIs
- Identify and create new opportunities for the business
- Research and generate new leads
- Build strong robust relationships with clients
- Attend client meetings to discuss their requirements and needs
- Create quotations and follow up
- Keep CRM updated with accurate, up to date information
- Consistently keep clients up to date with regular communication
Skills/ Experience:
- Proven track record of being able to self-generate new leads
- Must have experience within the telecoms industry
- Be driven and self-motivated
- Proven track record achieving/exceeding targets
- Good at networking, primarily LinkedIn
- IT literate and happy using a CRM system
