As a Sales Development Coordinator you will contact prospective customers, creating successful leads, and arranging meetings with the Account Managers.
You should be a positive person, with an outgoing personality, and the ability to multitask. The role of a Sales Development Coordinator allows you to gain more sales experience, and grow within the team.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve goals
- Follow up consistently with potential customers
- Use phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage prospects
- Drive creativity in outbound prospecting to target markets
- Identify decision makers and address their challenges
- Convert leads into sales meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM data
- Share ideas for team growth
- Exceed weekly/monthly metrics
- Support bid preparation
- Manage knowledge base for requests and tenders
Skills/ Experience:
- Some experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or a related field
- A positive and energetic attitude
- Capable of thinking quickly and responding effectively in conversations
- Quick learner of tools, technology, and processes
- Embrace a continuous learning mindset and apply it daily
- Possess excellent communication and listening skills
