Responsibilities:

  • Manage general administrative duties, including filing, correspondence, and email distribution
  • Maintain the Purchase Ledger by verifying purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accurate input
  • Perform month-end statement reconciliations for timely supplier payments
  • Generate sales invoices to facilitate revenue processes
  • Handle petty cash operations and reconcile transactions
  • Process staff expenses and payments promptly
  • Prepare and reconcile company credit card expenses, ensuring accuracy in posting
  • Address supplier queries via calls and emails, escalating when necessary
  • Oversee weekly payroll processing, including time sheet management and data entry
  • Assist with Bank Reconciliations by posting receipts and payments accurately
  • Collaborate on ad-hoc duties to support the finance team

 

Skills/ Experience:

  • Previous experience within a Finance role is essential
  • Strong organisational and time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and IT applications
