Customer Service Advisor

£19,000 – £23,000 DoE 

Stroud (Fully remote (DoE) or Hybrid – 2/3 days) 

 

A great opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join the UK’s leading environmental energy supplier, either on a temp, or a temp to perm basis.

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact, providing help and assistance, whatever the nature of the call is about.

The position of Customer Service Advisor always requires first class customer service, making the customer feel confident and assured their request is being dealt with.  The Customer Service Advisor will be based in a vibrant and busy environment with strong team spirit and support.

 

Hours: 8.30am-5/6pm depending on rota.  Working 1 in 4 Saturdays likely to be 9am-1pm 

You must be able from 15th November, to start a 4 week training course.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide customer centric service, delivering first contact resolution, via inbound and outbound calls, electronic platforms, and face-to-face interactions
  • Be actively involved in quality assurance, ensuring policies, procedures, and best practices are met and maintained at both an individual and team level
  • Manage and adhere to service level and resolution targets for assigned customers
  • Provide constructive feedback, contribute, and support process improvements that will drive increased customer satisfaction
  • Effective customer resolution, ensuring information is compliant against Industry standards
  • Educate, coach and influence customers on best practice for domestic energy use

 

Skills/ Experience:

  • Customer service skills, and experience
  • Excellent communication skills across multiple channels
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads
  • Effective objection handling
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Proven track record of working in a target focused environment
