Our longstanding client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their well-established team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity to join a company that continues to grow its network with major projects, through its emphasis on customer care.

You will be primarily responsible for the accurate and on-time payment of invoices.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Record the receipt of invoices
  • Process invoices to ensure that payments are made correctly and on time
  • Process payment runs
  • Match and file invoices and receipts
  • Communicate efficiently with other departments
  • Answer queries related to individual invoices

 

Skills/ Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal skills to be able to build and maintain relationships
  • Take pride in the accuracy and attention to detail of your work
  • Confident using Microsoft excel and have knowledge of accounting software
  • Organised and able to prioritise work
