We are working alongside an Accountancy company who like to think differently in their approach to business. Due to continued growth my client is looking for an Accounts Technician who takes a granular approach to their work. The ideal candidate will be organised, take full ownership of their workload, and take pride in the work they produce.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and file VAT returns
  • VAT reconciliation
  • Clearly communicate with clients and colleagues
  • Maintain an organised online filing system
  • Analyse and interpret clients’ accounts
  • Assist with the Preparation of management accounts
  • Receipt and invoice capture

 

Skills/ Experience:

  • AAT or equivalent qualified
  • Experienced with Xero or an interest in the accounting platform
