Account Executive 

£23,000 – £27,000 + commission, potential up to 10% company bonus 

Hybrid – Gloucester 2/3 days per week

 

We have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and client focussed Account Executive.  This is an exciting opportunity for a salesperson to hit the ground running and be part of a small but dynamic and proactive team.

The successful Account Executive will be an autonomous individual who is not afraid to lead things and be creative in their thinking.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation of new business opportunities (B2B)
  • Contact warm leads
  • Manage and support Partners with their networks and accounts, to identify and nurture new opportunities
  • Research of prospective companies
  • Manage and ensure timely follow up of incoming enquires
  • Identify key contacts
  • Attend and support seminars/events
  • Build knowledge on the portfolio of solutions the company offers
  • Create regular reports and track KPIs
  • Ensure all administration systems are kept up to date

 

Skills/ Experience:

  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in B2B sales, target driven
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude to work
  • Knowledge of CRM system and sales tools
  • Good commercial and financial awareness
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own diary
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects at one time
