We are delighted to be partnering with a growing, outstanding accounting practice, that invests in its people, providing the highest standards of personal service and continuity of support.

They offer a wide range of services, including strategic business planning and specialist tax advice, which helps their clients develop ideas into winning propositions. Their personal service helps their clients achieve success by maximising profits and minimising tax. They have built a widely held reputation for providing excellent accounting and business advice.

They are now looking to bolster their personal tax team with a Tax Senior or Manager to support the Directors. Primarily, the Tax Senior will be responsible for completing personal and trust self-assessment tax returns, personal tax, and capital gains computations. Liaising with the client to complete the above, and liaising with HMRC on behalf of the client.


Skills/ Experience:

  • Nearly, or newly qualified, ACA/ACCA/CTA/ATT Accountant
  • Experience working in an accountancy firm
  • Good working knowledge of personal tax legislation, including capital gains, along with working knowledge of inheritance and trust taxation
  • Excellent communication skills and able to build good working relationships with other members of the team and clients
  • Good time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Practical experience with Microsoft Office products
  • Familiarity with tax software, Sage 50, Xero and Quickbooks would be an advantage
