A key manufacturing client is looking for a dynamic, hands-on, Sales Administrator.  The company is a well-recognised, and trusted brand across the world, and has built its name on the quality and reliable products they produce.

The Sales Administrator will be liaising with customers daily, making sure they are well looked after and handling any queries quickly and efficiently.  This role would suit someone early in their sales career, customer-focused, confident, a self-starter, and a go-getter.

The Sales Administrator will be a key member of a friendly and supportive team and will be given full training and the opportunity for career development.

Hours are: Mon-Thurs 7:30-16.45 & Fri 7:30-12:30.



  • Provide excellent customer service and key account management
  • Process orders, sending pro forma invoices and order acknowledgments
  • Customer complaint handling
  • Deal with key day-to-day issues to manage resolutions
  • Active role in daily and bi-weekly sales meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring actions are allocated and followed through
  • SAP processes – owning the knowledge, training, and support to all team members
  • Despatch plan / Order book management, attending and driving sales presence at relevant department meetings
  • Support the Despatch team with UPS and maintain day-to-day relationships
  • Assist & support the external sales department
  • Cover team members when on holiday and ensure adequate cover (training support) is given in your absence


Skills/ Experience: 

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good computer literacy with the ability to interact with MS office suite
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Happy to go the extra mile
