We’re working with an established and successful legal firm in Gloucester, with a central belief in client commitment. Being one of the oldest law firms in Gloucester, they understand the importance of client relationships. Dedicating their time to providing the highest level of service and fully engaging in their community.

They are seeking a versatile Receptionist, to run their prestigious client reception department. You will welcome visitors, answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.

As an experienced Receptionist, you will have excellent communication skills, and be competent in general office administration.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and visitors upon arrival
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Direct the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries
  • Order and replenish office supplies
  • Manage the maintenance and repair of office equipment
  • Assist with copying, scanning, faxing, emailing etc
  • Prepare meeting facilities, and arrange refreshments

 

Skills/ Experience:

  • GCSE’s in Maths and English (or equivalent qualification)
  • Experience as a legal receptionist would be advantageous
  • Familiarty with legal terms, documents, and filing
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extensive experience working with word processing, spreadsheets, printers etc

This role will be based full-time in the Gloucester office. Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
