We’re working with a growing software company based in Cheltenham. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help guide their hiring strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a business that puts its people first.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Attend career days
  • Analyse trends across sectors
  • Advise the board on best practices
  • Guide the hiring strategy
  • Write procedures and policies for a successful recruitment process
  • Identify excellent talent
  • Stay up to date with market trends and patterns
  • Research and educate on updates

 

Skills/ Experience: 

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Proven success within a recruitment capacity
  • Knowledge of recruitment trends, patterns, and procedures
  • Experience in creating recruitment processes
  • Knowledge of the IT sector
