An exciting, busy, and growing software provider is recruiting for a Customer Account Coordinator, on a full-time basis.  This award-winning company and UK market leader are well recognised for their innovative solutions and commitment to providing effective and efficient products to their clients.

As a Customer Account Coordinator, you will work closely with the Account Management team supporting the growth of the customer base and retaining business.  You will need to be driven and have excellent communication skills.



  • Manage the account management inbox and respond to customer queries
  • Ensure a smooth & successful handover from sales for new customers onboarding
  • Deliver new customer introductions, build rapport, and educate customers in the business
  • Continue to deliver training and education until confident the customer is self-sufficient in operating effectively within contractual requirements
  • Proactively manage customers to ensure risk is kept to a minimum
  • Become a trusted advisor and identify future opportunities to add value to accounts, increase expenditure & retention
  • Adhere to all procedures and processes


Skills/ Experience:

  • Previous Customer Account Management experience is essential
  • Excellent customer and communication skills
  • Able to take ownership of and resolve issues
  • Work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
