Due to a significant period of growth, our customer-focused client is seeking a Bookkeeper to join them on a full-time, or part-time basis.

The Bookkeeper will need to have Xero experience and ideally have worked for smaller businesses, as opposed to larger corporations.

Responsibilities:

  • Input all the financial information into Xero
  • Manage bank reconciliations
  • Pay suppliers, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and maintain the sales/purchase ledgers
  • Post payroll journals
  • Liaise with external accountants

 

Skills/ Experience:

  • Previous bookkeeping experience is essential
  • Experience of Xero
  • Excellent IT skills
  • A self-starter, resilient, and able to work on your own initiative

*20 hours minimum if part-time, but full-time is available
