Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and credit notes accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to established timelines.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve any discrepancies between purchase orders and supplier invoices.
- Managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely payments in accordance with credit terms.
- Conducting account reconciliations and reconciling supplier statements to maintain accurate financial records.
- Proactively communicating with customers to collect outstanding balances and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve payment-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and supporting ad-hoc tasks as required.
Skills/ Experience:
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance-related role, demonstrating a solid understanding of accounting principles.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, while also being self-motivated and proactive.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow, and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
